Modified Jewelpak CD/DVD sleeve made from polypropylene, with a lift-up flap for easy disc removal. Holds one disc and one graphic insert. Safety-sleeve® protection. Dimensions: 5.625″ x 5″. This sleeve is NOT hole punched for wallets or binders.
