O-CARD BLANKS

We now have chipboard and white O-Card blanks available. Available in two styles: STURDY 18 point chipboard and 13 point recycled white uncoated Enviro board.

O-Cards are small and light enough to send by regular postal service anywhere in the world. Order as few as 25 pieces with cheap worldwide shipping. You can custom print and assemble these for your short-run cassette productions.

For larger orders in North America you can also add any required quantity to your duplication or blank tape orders. We'll be adding an option in the coming days for short-run O-Card printing.

NB: after a week of sitting the cassette chipboard flats are wanting to curl. Once folded and glued the curl is not an issue. The curl may affect your printing process. We've tested that they still print fine on a cheap consumer inkjet printer as the rollers flatten the board as it passes through.  The white flats remain perfectly flat.

After gluing you should let the O-Cards sit for 4 hours under a heavy weight.

BASF/Emtec Chrome Tape Stock is Getting Low

We have sold out of the C-60 Chrome+ Extra tape. BASF Chrome Extra was one of the highest quality tapes produced. It combined BASF's chromium dioxide with 15% cobalt. Retail-packaged Chrome Extra tapes might have sold for $2.99 each 20 years ago! We have only a bit of C-90, C-110, and C-120 BASF/Emtec tape left in stock.

If you order chrome tapes of 60 minutes or less you will now be getting the thinner C-90 tape.

One of the most frequent questions we get is about shipping overseas. The short answer is shipping by air is $85 for 5 KG of material almost anywhere in the world to a metropolitan business address (TNT zones 2 and 3)

 - residential deliveries: $6.00 extra
 - additional weight: $8.38 / KG
 - rural locations: $35+
 - you may be charged local customs fees, VAT, and duty

Postal shipments can be estimated at canadapost.ca... just add a $6.50 handling fee and $3.50 pickup fee.
