Turn time: Monday to Friday are counted as business days. Day 0 is the day we have master, proof approvals, and all required licenses in hand before noon EST.

There are separate turntimes for each element of the job.

• Prepress evaluation and generating your proofs normally takes 24 to 48 hours.
• Disc pressing (replication): Our standard guaranteed turn time is 7 business days for bulk CDs. Tuntime starts after proof approval. We offer savings for jobs which are not time-sensitive, as well as rush service to meet your deadlines.
• Paper and board printing: Standard turntime is 7 business days after proof approval. Rush and economy service is also available.
• Packaging of the discs into the cases with the printed material and preparation for shipping is normally 3 business days for orders from 100 to 25,000 pieces. Rush and economy packaging service is available.
• Economy service could be ready 12 days or more after film and pdf approval. Prepress evaluation could take 2 to 3 days instead of 24 hours.
• Turntimes and prices are based on shipping from Toronto.
