We can use a machine called a pad-printer to print on audio cassettes. The pad printer can print the entire surface as shown below. Our standard inks are white and black, and a variety of other colours are available.
We now have 2 methods of making pad printing plates: High resolution film and direct etching by laser. If your art has very fine lines or small text you may get a better result with the more expensive film method.
We can also laser-print paper labels in black or in full color. We have a wide variety of paper stock: white, glossy white, various colours, fluoresent colours, metallic foils, and clear.
We can now engrave your design into the cassette shell. The result is something like embossing, giving a 3D effect.
