Obi-Strips

For decades the North American market has been missing out on a great element of Japanese record packaging: the obi-strip. These strips were used for CD and vinyl releases to give the customer extra information not found on the back of the case. Not only were they informative, but they added to the design of the packaging, often incorporating or extending the imagery found in the album artwork.

We've taken the obi-strip tradition and applied it to our cassette packaging! We can print thick 15pt cardstock obi-strips vertically or horizontally in full CMYK so you can incorporate it with your artwork as you wish. These are a great way to get your cassette to stand out from the pack of standard Norelco cases.

Maltese Cross

Maltese Cross Cassette covers with custom printing can be a great alternative to O-Cards or plastic cases. Our covers are printed full bleed and then die cut for a professional appearance. This item is printed on one or both sides using sturdy 14 point (approx 300 gsm) board with coating.

Slipcases

Printed slipcases are available in sizes that fit 2 to 5 cassettes, great for whether you're releasing a double-album or a set that spans your whole oeuvre. We print full colour on a thick 15pt board, emphasizing durability and print quality. Using our Norelco cassette cases, the tapes fit snuggly inside the slipcase, and can be removed with ease using the diecut thumbholes on the top and bottom of the box.

Clear Vinyl Cassette Album

Introducing our clear albums to hold one audio cassette with graphics! Since the case is transparent you can display a two-sided trapsheet - graphics on both sides! It also has a slit on the inside front panel for inserting a card or other material. The album snaps closed ensuring protection for your cassette and inserts.

The outer overlay features an unsealed spine, just like a DVD case, so your front cover wraps around the entire case. There is enough space when the case is closed to also house a lyric sheet booklet, download cards, and bonus goodies like pins and patches! This album packaging is a great alternative to the traditional Norelco cassette case, and perfect for "special edition" releases.
