Instructions for CD Duplication Ordering

Please take a moment to review the form and fill out the required information. When complete and you press the Submit button, you will be directed to a response page with instructions for sending your payment and uploading your art and master. Form fields to fill out:

Job type and length: choose the length of your master from the select list. On large quantities the duplication price is slightly higher for longer masters.

Label type: We have a wide variety of printing options to choose from. Inkjet, black thermal text&logo, and silkscreen are the most common options, inkjet being ideal for fast turn with some colour, and silkscreen being truly permanent print.

Disc Option: There are a variety of discs to choose from depending on the look you want and the printing technology used.

Packaging: Here is where you should choose the type of case you want, if any.

Digital-printed covers: Here are the common CD cover choices to choose from. If you don't see what you want, choose "another print option".

Shrinkwrap: Choose this if you want the cases wrapped.

Turntime: Our standard turntime is around 3 to 6 business days for CD duplication. If needed we can do rush orders, and we also offer discounts for economy turntime.

Required date: If you have a deadline, enter it here. We will have to confirm the cost based upon your supplied master and artwork. Allow 1 day for file processing.

Quantity: Choose the quantity you need. If you need large quantities of 500, 1000, 2000 or more, it will probably be less expensive to request CD REPLICATION pricing.

Artist (or product name) : Please enter the name of the artist, or product if applicable.

Title: Enter the title of the album

Master will be sent: Choose the option "master will be supplied" if you are bringing or sending us the actual duplication-ready master. Choose "Send by internet" if you want to send it to us over the internet. There is a small fee for master preparation.

Job type: Choose if you want audio CDs or data CD-ROMs.

Tracks (songs): If this is an audio CD enter the total number of songs or tracks. If we are making the master, we need to know how much extra space you want to put between the songs. If you choose 0 seconds there is a risk that CD players will clip the beginning of your songs when you use the skip button.

Contact info (name, email, shipping address): This information is required to place an order or to obtain custom quotes.

Phone number: Please enter a phone number where we can reach you.

Who you were referred to: Enter the name of your sales rep if you know it.
