The item above is printed full bleed and then die-cut and glued on an automated gluer. You usually have to allow around 5-7 business days for this item. For very short runs or very quick turns we have these flats below. We are able to print on these flats with inkjet, laser, and a small 1-2 colour offset press. It is generally not possible to print the flats "full bleed". You have to leave a margin of 1/8" to 1/4" around the edges. Manual gluing of these is a very slow process which is not practical for large runs.
