Pad Print Processor

We're looking for a talented graphic designer to assist in our print and artwork department. The Pad Print Processor will ready artwork for pad printing, as well as create the plates. This is a full-time position to be done on-site in the Scarborough office.

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing artwork files using a combination of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and at times InDesign.
  • Scheduling deadline-based orders.
  • Communication with customers regarding their artwork.
  • Potential for other graphic design or print-related tasks.

    • Requirements:
  • Experience with graphic design applications.
  • Vector artwork experience an asset.
  • Platemaking experience an asset.
  • Must be available for regular shift hours from Monday through Friday.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English as a representative of Duplication.ca.

    Pad Print Technician

    We are also looking for someone to run the pad print machine! The Pad Print Technician will print the cassette artwork, with focus and an eagle-eye for quality control. This is a full-time position to be done on-site in the Scarborough office.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Running the pad print machine.
  • Mixing ink to create custom colors.
  • Scheduling deadline-based orders.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of pad print machine.
  • Maintaining communication with art, production, and shipping department.
    • Requirements:
  • Pad print or silkscreen experience an asset.
  • Platemaking experience an asset.
  • Must be available for regular shift hours from Monday through Friday.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English as a representative of Duplication.ca.

    Electronics Technician/Engineer

    You must have formal training in electronics. Experience and training in Electromechanics, pneumatics, and PLCs is an asset.

    Audio cassette recorders (Kaba in-cassette recorders as well as consumer gear)
    High-speed cassette duplication system comprising a Digital Bin and reel-to-reel audio recorders
    VHS recorders
    Pad printers
    Audio cassette tape loaders (Tapematic, Concept Design)
    Komori offset press
    CD injection molding machines (M2)
    CD silkscreen machines (Hanky, Guann Yinn)
    Chillers and dryers
    Air compressors
    Gluing machines
    Overwrappers and shrinkwrappers
    Die cutting machines
    Laser engravers
    UV and inkjet printers
