Vinyl to CD - High-End Service

We digitally capture your vinyl records at 24 bit resolution from a Linn Sondek LP12 turntable using a high quality Emu capture card with built-in RIAA circuitry. After the capture we can apply top quality Wavelab declicking algorithms and noise reduction, resulting in excellent audiophile quality. At this point you can have the 24-bit WAV files, or we can further process the files using optimum techniques to make a regular audio CD or high quality MP3 files for your home entertainment center.

Prices for high-end vinyl transfers

Capture: $1.00 per minute
Declicking and denoising: $1.00 per minute
CD Audio indexing or MP3 creation: $15

Vinyl to CD - Hifi transfer

We still use our Linn LP12 turntable, but we record directly onto CD using a Tascam CD recorder. No further processing or indexing is possible.

Price: $1.00 per minute including CD ($25 minimum per vinyl)

Tape to digital - High End Service

We digitally capture your tapes at 24 bit resolution from a Nakamichi cassette deck or Revox reel-to-reel using a high quality Emu capture card. After the capture we can apply top quality Wavelab noise reduction, resulting in excellent audiophile quality. At this point you can have the 24-bit WAV files, or we can further process the files using optimum techniques to make a regular audio CD or high quality MP3 files for your home entertainment center..

Tape to CD - Utility grade

We do the transfer using a Tascam tape-to-CD recorder. No further processing or indexing is performed.
